New Website Builds
Planned around what your customers search for before it’s designed to look good. Structure, copy, and speed handled from day one — not bolted on after launch.
Learn moreEvery site we build starts with the SEO practice that gets Spokane businesses found on Google — what your customers search for decides the structure, before anyone picks a color. You own the code. No proprietary builder, no hosting handcuffs, no lock-ins.

Once by a designer who never thinks about search. Again by whoever gets hired six months later to make it rank.
We’re usually the second call — untangling sites that look fine but can’t be found: pages Google can’t tell apart, services buried three clicks deep, templates that take six seconds to load.
The fix is almost always cheaper at the blueprint stage. Almost always skipped.
This studio exists so you can skip the first version instead.
The second callE-commerce — reserved. Added when there’s a build we can show.
Entity mapThis is what ships standard in every build, not as an upsell after launch:
We work out what your customers search for, then plan every page around it. The structure is agreed on paper before a pixel moves.

Next.js, WordPress, or Webflow — whichever fits how you’ll actually use it. Fast, accessible, built to the speed target. You own everything.
Ships with
Launch with redirects handled so nothing you rank for is lost, Google’s measurement tools connected, and a record of where you started. The ranking plan ships with the keys.

| SEO-first build | Typical design shop |

| The code Google reads to understand your business, hand-built | “SEO plugin installed” and called good |
| A speed target set before design starts | Speed promised after launch, delivered never |
| Copy written to rank and convert | Placeholder text swapped for whatever you send over |
| You own the code and can leave anytime | Proprietary builder, hosting handcuffs |

There’s no account manager and no handoff. The person who reads your project details is the person who plans the site, builds it, and answers the phone.

Two to three weeks for most business sites, with the writing included — about half what the industry quotes for the same job. A single landing page is usually a week; a bigger build with a content program runs four to six. The honest answer about why ours are short: websites don’t fall behind in design, they fall behind waiting for words. Almost every quote you’ll get assumes you’re the one writing them. We write them, so there’s nothing to wait for — and if you have a site now, it stays up the entire time.
You can, and for some businesses that’s the right call — if your customers all come from referrals and the site just needs to exist, a builder will do it cheaper than we will, and we’ll tell you so. The difference shows up when you need to be found. A template decides your site’s structure before it’s ever heard of your business, and structure is most of what decides whether Google sends anyone. There’s also the fine print: a builder site is rented — monthly fee, their servers, their rules — and it doesn’t move out with you. Ours you own outright.
We write them — it’s included unless you’d rather do it yourself. Partly because the writing is where rankings actually come from, and partly from experience: handing a business owner a blank page is the single most common way a website ends up three months late. What we need from you is a conversation, not a manuscript. You talk about your work, we turn it into pages, and you get final say on every word before it goes live.
If you want to, yes — it’s one of the first questions we ask, because the answer decides what we build on. Plan to edit weekly and we’ll build on something with a friendly editor, like WordPress. Never want to touch it? Site Support handles changes for you, month to month. Either way, the site isn’t built to make you need us — needing us should be a choice, not a design feature.
You’ll be on Google within days. Being chosen by Google takes longer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the word “launch.” Google spends its first months deciding how seriously to take a new site, so expect the first real movement inside one to three — faster when we’re replacing a site with history behind it. What launch day does give you: a site built the way Google reads, your measurement tools already connected, and a written record of where you started — so progress is something you check, not something you take our word for.
Your opinions, at three moments: a conversation at the start about what you do and which customers you want more of, a look at the page structure while it’s still gray boxes, and a final review before launch. The middle one matters most — structure is cheap to change on paper and expensive to change after design, so it’s the one meeting we won’t rush. What you won’t be doing is homework: no writing assignments, no chasing us for status, no learning our tools. You run your business; describing it is the only part we can’t do without you.
Money questions have their own page — what a Spokane website costs. Replacing a site that already ranks? The redesign questions are here.
A free, no-pressure teardown — what’s working, what’s costing you leads, and what a rebuild would actually take. Straight answer, never a runaround.
